孙婷婷

孙婷婷，女，浙江富阳人，1980年10月出生，浙江大学物理学博士、教授、硕士生导师、美国密苏里大学哥伦比亚分校访问学者，现就职于浙江科技学院应用物理系，担任系主任。

曾承担《大学物理》、《大学物理实验》、《物理学与人类文明》、《University Physics》（留学生）、《光电材料导论》（全英文、留学生）、物理学前沿（研究生）、凝聚态物理导论（研究生）等课程的主讲老师。曾获得全国高等学校物理基础课程青年教师讲课比赛浙江省一等奖（第一名），浙江省首届高校教师教学创新大赛课程思政专项赛理工组三等奖。由本人负责的教学团队获得校首届教师教学创新大赛“十佳教学创新团队”。由本人负责的《大学物理》（全英文）课程被认定为2020年度省级国际化线上线下混合式一流课程。曾获得大学生科技竞赛与创新活动“优秀指导教师”。连续三年指导学生获得浙江省大学生物理创新竞赛一等奖。

主要科研方向为蛋白质的构象及其动力学、RNA分子的折叠动力学、机器学习预测生物大分子结构。主持国家自然科学基金1项、浙江省自然科学基金2项，重大企业横向课题1项，教育部产学合作协同育人项目1项。发表SCI论文20多篇，已培养硕士毕业生3名，正培养硕士生5名。
